Growers

Shamrock, LLC is owned and operated by Jack and Sally Brady.  Their first seven years of  farming was with avocados in the San Marcos Valley.  During that time Jack was a pilot with United Airlines, he retired from flying in 1999.  In 1986 they purchased their first pear orchard on Kramer Road on Underwood Mountain in Washington.  The farm was originally Bartlett’s,  they cleaned it up and replanted with Red and Green Anjou’s, and Bosc.  They  have 15 acres of pears in production, and are currently in the process of adding 10 acres of Bartlett’s.  They have been with Diamond Fruit since 1997.

They also own a Vineyard on Underwood Mountain.  Their oldest of three sons is part owner of the 30 acre Vineyard. They grow both red and white grapes, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, and Chardonnay.  The sloping  east side of Underwood Mountain  gives them a beautiful view of the Columbia Gorge.
